What do I do now?

Skiing / Boarding / Mountain trips

To reserve your place on any of our mountain trips we ask for a deposit of £75. The balance can be paid in your own time (by installments if you wish), but all monies should be settled 3 weeks before departure.

We will then send you a simple booking form that we would like you to fill in. A receipt / confirmation note will be sent out to you in the mail.

The easiest way to reserve your place / pay is to use the buttons below but it does cost you an extra 4% to cover Paypal costs.

The deposit is only refundable if you cancel with plenty of time before the trip starts (8 weeks latest) or in the unlikely event that the trip were to be cancelled. (Your money is safe and held in a separate account until the trip starts)

We ask for full payment on reservation. In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule your event or look for an alternative activity.

Golfing Weekends /Action days / Stag & Hen / Corporate Activities

We ask for a non-refundable deposit (typically 25%), which we will discuss with you before reservation
